The Elbo Room at the Ritz Grill has much to offer in the way of private parties, banquets and special events. It is more than just a little "elbow room" on those crowded Friday nights. It sports a full service bar as well as a full banquet room that can be customized to your event size with both table and booth seating. While your favorite bartender is mixing up your drink of choice, you can watch one of the televisions placed around the bar.

Booking Information & Guidelines

• The Elbo Room can accommodate up to 70 people for a sit down dinner or up to 100 people for buffet-style appetizers -- both with a combination of booth and table seating.
• Confirmation of number of guests and menu choices are required one week in advance to ensure proper execution of the function. "Spur of the moment" banquets are possible, but with a limited menu.
 

• Customers will be billed for the larger of the number confirmed or the number of actual guests. Tax and 20% gratuity will be added to all food and drink totals.
• Deposits are required to hold the room. Lunch deposits are $150; dinner deposits are $250, $350 and $500 depending on the season. The deposit goes toward the total amount of the bill. If the bill exceeds the deposit, the remainder is added and billed to customer. If the bill does not meet or exceed the deposit, then the deposit becomes the minimum fee for the function. A banquet is confirmed once the deposit is received.
• We ask, if plans change, to notify us with a cancellation at least three days in advance to qualify for full reimbursement of deposit. One-week notice is required of parties booked in December.
• Occasionally, we will allow you to add your own special touch to the room with light  decorations or centerpieces, with the exception of confetti and silly string. Generally, the room is available one hour prior to party time, however, if this is not convenient other arrangements can be made.
• The host will select either a cash bar or open bar. If you wish to buy the first round only for the guests, drink tickets are suggested.

Twelve ounce Prime Rib Au Jus with horseradish cream sauce served with wild rice pilaf.

Salmon Nantua

Spicy semolina encrusted salmon. Complemented with a seasonal seafood nantua and spinach sauce and topped with hollandaise, served with wild rice pilaf.

Chicken Saltimbocca

Chicken breasts layered with house made mozzarella and prosciutto, served with wild rice pilaf.

Creole Primavera

Sautéed bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and garlic in a Creole Alfredo sauce. Served over angel hair pasta.

All entrees served with seasonal vegetables, bread
and The Ritz Grill's signature house salad.

Chicken breasts seared in tandoori spice garnished with toasted almonds and fresh orange.

Prime Rib and Prawns

12-ounce prime rib with four sautéed prawns.

All entrees served with wild rice pilaf, haricot verts, bread
and The Ritz Grill Signature House Salad. Add $1 to make it a Casear salad.

Marinated chicken breast in our house basil vinaigrette broiled and served on a warm bun. Served with fries.

Country Club

Smoked turkey breast, ham, bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato and mayo on toasted sourdough. Served with fries.

Fish 'n Chips

Flaky chunks of white fish dipped in beer batter, served with fries and cole slaw.

Chicken Stir Fry

Fresh broccoli, red onion, celery, carrots, snow peas, sweet peppers and baby corn stir fried in sesame-rice vinaigrette. Thai style also available.

All entrees served with house bread.

Chinese Chicken Salad

Oriental spiced chicken with rice noodles, tomatoes, water chestnuts, almonds, sweet peppers and sesame seeds.

Breakfast Burrito

Three eggs scrambled with onions, bell peppers, jalapenos and bacon. Rolled in a flour tortilla and topped with green chili and cheddar cheese. Served with country hash browns.

Eggs Benedict

Traditional style -- English muffins, Canadian bacon and poached eggs. Topped with hollandaise sauce and served with country hash browns.

Fish 'n Chips

Flaky chunks of white fish dipped in beer batter, served with fries and cole slaw.

Pikes Peak Omelette

Three eggs, ham, onion, bell pepper and cheddar cheese. Served with country hash browns.

All entrees served with poppy seed muffins.
